Design is very good with the wrench (Allen key included) and holes are cut into metal for a smooth fit and easy installation. Packaging was great, without worrying about scratches by extensive foam packaging (including spray foam). Not many types of parts or screws, just the same screws and washers for all. Set up was a breeze, and they are beautiful. more likely to want to sell products that have e-mail was so easy!
